By purchasing from Chantè you acknowledge you are responsible for your package once it is shipped and provided with a tracking number. In the rare event your package has been lost or stolen , we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We will not provide a refund , unless your items are faulty or incorrect . Delivery Times & Arrival:
Chantè is a small team of people fulfilling orders. Although we have many products in – shop shipping times may vary and MAY EXTEND sometimes due to availability of merchandise or because of our partnered vendors . Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays , we ship with various delivery services , including USPS . Our products typical arrive within two weeks , as there may be delays due to external circumstances happening . Delivery time includes payment processing time & standard delivery time .
